Suncoast is a great contributor to Citrus County and other communities in Florida. The
Rotary Club of Central Citrus Foundation will use the donation to provide scholarships
and other support to the youth in Citrus County. The paragraph below from Suncoast
covers some of what they do for communities in Florida.
Suncoast takes pride in giving back to the communities we serve. We do this in several
ways: Suncoast’s Foundation has given over $32 million dollars to support children’s
initiatives since 1990. Our Community Impact Department supports hundreds
of nonprofit organizations serving adults, families and the community as a whole,
providing over $1.SM each year in sponsorships. Employees spend thousands of hours
annually volunteering. Suncoast is the largest credit unionin FL and this year we
opened our 75ᵗʰ branch! To celebrate reaching this milestone, each branch will donate
$1K to a nonprofit of their choice. The employees of our branch chose your
organization!
