Central Citrus Spell-A-Rama

The 2014 Citrus Spell-A-Rama will be held on January 30, 2014 at Curtis Peterson
Auditorium in Lecanto sponsored by the Rotary Club of Central Citrus County. Teachers
from 11 schools in Citrus County compete to be the best at spelling and win the “Central
Citrus Spell-A-Ram” Championship Trophy. Students, parents and fellow teachers  will
be in the audience cheering them on.

The Rotary Club of Central Citrus is part of Rotary District 6950 which encompasses West Central Florida from St. Petersburg to Crystal River. In Citrus County, there are six Rotary clubs and one Rotaract Club, offering members the opportunity to attend morning (breakfast), afternoon (luncheon) and evening meetings, all of which are usually one hour in length.
