The Club Foundation is still giving out money to local non-profits. Michelle Wirt
was there to receive a donation to the Citrus County Cultural Alliance(CCCA)
for the picture one of there artists did for the 2017 Rotary fund raising calendar.
Tony Palumbo received a donation for a Hospice of Citrus County. Tony is the
talented designer of our great bulletin. If you have never seen Tony in a play
at the theater in Ocala, this should be a high item on  your bucket list.

On June 20th Mike Busler was installed as the 2018-2019 Rotary Club President
along with his Board of Directors. Two new club members were also added:
Deborah Maymon PDG & Douglas Maymon PDG. The club will have added three
more new members starting in July 2018. It appeared that everyone was  enjoying
the abundance of good food, drinks and socializing at Tuscany on the Meadow.

Adam Hyde was inducted by AG Connie Lobel as new member of the Rotary Club
of Central Citrus County. Adam is a Funeral Director with Heinz Funeral &

The Rotary Club Foundation gave out checks to several local charities at June club
meetings including:

Citrus Educational Foundation

The 4th week of June scholarship checks were given to 7 students at:

Withlacoochee Technical college   2 (Paul Slosberg Scholarship & donation to his memory)
Lecanto High School   3
Seven Rivers High School  1
